PROPERTIES AND EFFECTS
Buserelin acetate is a synthetic analogue of the hypothalamus hormone GnRH. It stimulates the secretion of the gonadotropic hormones LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle maturation hormone) from the anterior pituitary gland.

INDICATIONS
• Reproductive disorders of ovarian origin in cows and rabbits.
• Prophylactically to improve the fertilization rate of cows after insemination.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.

DOSAGE
Cows - intramuscularly

1. Ovarian cysts (follicular cysts - induction of luteization) 5 ml
2. No heat due to ovarian insufficiency 5 ml
3. To improve the results of insemination (ovulation stimulation) 2.5 - 5 ml
4. Delayed ovulation and follicular atresia 5 ml
5. To prevent fertility disorders in the postpartum period by inducing a 5 ml cycle from the 12th day postpartum

Rabbits - intramuscularly

1. Improvement in fertilization rate by 0.2 ml
2. Ovulation induction during postpartum mating 0.2 ml
INGREDIENTS
1 ml of the preparation contains:
Buserelin acetate 0.0042 mg

NOTES
For animals only. To be delivered on a prescription from a veterinarian.

There is no grace period.

When treating cysts around day 8 after injection, it is recommended to check the effectiveness, i.e. to detect the corpus luteum. In the absence of the corpus luteum, the treatment should be repeated. PgF2 alpha can be used when the cycle is restored (luteal identification).

When stimulating ovulation, the preparation can be administered simultaneously with the insemination or mating treatment performed.
